Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from ShreeBit Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Products and services

ShreeBit Solutions offers website templates in three tiers (Pre-made, Light Custom, Fully Custom) and bespoke enterprise software builds.

Pre-made templates are delivered digitally as a downloadable package after payment is confirmed. Light custom and fully custom work is governed by a separate project agreement confirmed via email.

Template previews are provided for evaluation purposes only. The actual deliverable may differ slightly from the preview due to font licensing, device rendering, or customisation.

Payments and pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

For enterprise projects, a deposit (typically 40–50% of the project value) is required before work begins. The balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds and cancellations

Pre-made templates: Because these are digital downloads delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been issued. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

Light custom and fully custom templates: The deposit is non-refundable once design work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full.

Enterprise projects: Cancellations after the project kick-off are governed by the terms of your individual project agreement.

Licence and intellectual property

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for a single project (one domain). You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template or its source files.

ShreeBit Solutions retains ownership of all template designs, code, and source files. The licence grants you the right to use and modify the template for your own project only.

Custom enterprise builds: once fully paid, you own the source code for your specific implementation. We retain the right to use general patterns, techniques, and components developed during the project in future work.

Prohibited uses

You may not use our templates or services to create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or in violation of any third-party rights.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying design system or component library from our templates for resale.

Scraping this website, copying our design, or impersonating ShreeBit Solutions is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of liability

ShreeBit Solutions provides templates and services "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShreeBit Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
