Starter (Pre-made) is our template as-is — 12 to 24 hours if you choose express delivery, or 1 to 3 days on standard. Pro (Light custom) means we apply your branding, content, and colors — usually delivered in 5 to 7 days. Elite (Fully custom) is a full design and build from scratch around your specific needs, taking 4 to 6 weeks.

Yes. We accept international payments and work with clients in the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, and elsewhere. Pricing can be quoted in USD on request.

Starter doesn't include source files — you get the live template, not the underlying code. On Pro, Elite, and SaaS partnerships, source files, database, and hosting access are available for a nominal additional charge, so you're always free to move to another developer or self-host.

You'll receive an email with your service details and invoice within minutes of payment. For templates, that email includes your live site link, ready to use — there's nothing to download or set up. For SaaS products, it includes a setup guide to help you get started.

Always. Every template has a "Live preview" link on its product page where you can interact with the full design before purchase.

Yes. If you start with a Starter pre-made template and later want light customisation (Pro) or a fully custom build (Elite), the amount you've already paid is credited toward the upgrade. Just write to us and we'll send a top-up invoice.

Currently, Restaurant Management — a QR-based ordering and billing system for restaurants and cafes, with live order tracking and an admin dashboard. Additional platforms, including an online store and an exam-prep product, are in development.

Templates are a one-time payment. Restaurant Management is an onboarding fee plus a monthly subscription, since it includes hosting, order infrastructure, and ongoing support.

Yes — each restaurant gets its own isolated setup. Your menu, orders, and data aren't shared with other businesses on the platform.

Yes. Menu items, table setup, and access mode (QR or manual PIN entry) are all configurable per restaurant from the admin dashboard.

Elite (fully custom) builds usually take 4 to 6 weeks — starting with a discovery call, followed by two design directions, wireframes, build, and deploy. The exact timeline depends entirely on your project's scope and requirements, and we'll confirm it after the discovery call.

Design, development, deployment, training, and 30 days of post-launch support. Hosting and third-party services (payment gateway fees, cloud hosting, SMS credits) are billed separately at cost.
